Ipswich Careforce has been operating since July 2000. Most of our service users are elderly but we also have younger clients who need extra support because of illnesses such as MS, or following a stroke.
We work very closely with Suffolk Social Services and Hadleigh Social Services and have block contracts to provide care in NE Ipswich and on the Shotley Peninsula. We also have a number of a private clients around the area.
In order to ensure we always maintain very high standards, we employ two Team Leaders who carry out spot checks and supervisions on tour care staff. They are also responsible for regular reviews and risk assessments for our existing clients to ensure changing needs are being met , and for care assessments for new clients.
Our care co-ordinators are responsible for maintaining quality assurance, for organising carer schedules and rotas and for organising training courses.
