TLC provides Qualified Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers and Nursery Nurses to hospitals, nursing and residential homes, nurseries, schools, and for supported living and domiciliary care in private clients’ homes in and around Cambridgeshire.
Our aim is to ensure that our care and nursing staff provide an unequalled service to our customers: a service that fits around the customers’ needs and puts their requirements first.
TLC can assist health care providers, or private clients, with short term nursing or care needs or long term placements.
Our healthcare clients rely on us to supply nursing professionals to fulfill temporary shift needs, confident that we will provide reliable qualified staff. We work closely with the service users and other our clients in order to achieve continuity of service and monitor standards.
Many of our agency team have specialist skills and clients often request our staff by name. In addition to general, surgical, medical and orthopedic staff, we can supply specialists in ICU, theatre, peadiatrics, practice nurses and RMN nurses.
We also have a reliable team of health care assistants, carers, support workers and nursery nurses, most NVQ qualified,all HCA are supported by us to achieve their NVQs.
