Careforce in Wirral (formerly Complete Care) was established in 1985 and is the main domiciliary care provider to Wirral Borough Council.
Today we employ more than 180 staff and help care for around 900 people throughout the Wirral and in Cheshire, looking after both Social Services clients and private service users.
We respect the individuality of each client and we assess, plan and continually monitor their care package so we can best respond to their individual needs. We offer flexibility wherever we can to ensure they have as much choice as possible within their daily routine.
Complete Care is run by a highly experienced management team and all our carers are fully trained to very high standards at our in-house training facility in Moreton. We became part of the Careforce Group in 2007.
We work closely with our service users, their families, friends and other professional agencies to provide the support and care needed with their confidence and trust. A 24-hour on-call service enable us to respond to clients out of office hours.

We currently need full-time and part-time CARERS throughout the area, previous experience is useful but not essential as we will train you free of charge to NVQ2.
