Careforce Rotherham has been awarded three blocks, the Local Authority's maximum contract allocation. Hertfordshire has won contracts that significantly increase its business volumes. The anticipated value of these two awards is up to £52m. |

The acquisitions of Complete Care and of Pooks Care Ltd has been announced. Complete Care operates in Wirral and Cheshire and Pooks' seven branches provide services to thirteen local authorities in the Midlands and Home Counties.
