Careforce acquires Darlington-based Seraph Limited
Careforce has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Darlington based Seraph Ltd. Seraph holds service contracts with Stockton Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council and Darlington Borough Council as well as providing care services to private clients.
Mike Rogers, Chairman of Careforce, commented:
"Seraph currently delivers approximately 3,500 hours per week and employs more than 100 carers. This is our ninth acquisition and our seventeenth new branch since Careforce became part of the Mears Group in April 2007. The acquisition of Seraph not only extends our geographical coverage into the North East but also gives us access to
several new local authorities."
