Philippa Codd joins Careforce as Group Operations Director
Philippa Codd began her career in the sector as a carer becoming a Branch Manager, a Regional Manager and before joining Careforce Business Development Director for one of the U.K.'s national care providers.
Philippa is committed to improving the quality of care for service users by up-skilling care staff and through the provision of outcome-based care services, in line with the Government’s agenda to put the service user at the centre of the care model.
“My aim is to improve and develop adult social care and I hope to see Careforce at the forefront of a new inclusive approach to the provision of domiciliary care in the U.K. You, the Carers and Branch teams, are the people who can make this happen. I hope that with increased team building opportunities, the provision of training and skills development for care staff and by utilising the life skills of each individual, we will be able to broaden our service offer to create the model for outcome-based, person-centred care.
