Careforce acquires Simply Care Limited
Careforce Group plc has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of North Yorkshire based Simply Care Ltd. Chairman Mike Rogers commented that Simply Care, a leading provider of domiciliary care in the Whitby area, was another milestone in the company's growth of its operations in the North East and a further step in achieving its aim of being the dominant provider of excellent homecare services in the UK.
