Wallsend Trainer wins prestigious care award
Doris Nicholson NVQ Assessor/Trainer at Wallsend Branch has won an award for outstanding achievement in learning and development from Skills for Care and the Tyne and Wear Care Alliance.The award was presented at the North East Care Alliance Annual Conference in Gateshead in September. 
Doris was nominated by her Managers for her outstanding achievements as a trainer, she sets the highest possible standards for herself in learning and thorough understanding of care initiatives or legislative requirements so that she can deliver the very highest standard of care training to the branch team. Part of the company’s Workforce Development team Doris’ training is subject to regular scrutiny and review and her training courses at Wallsend rates amongst the best in the country.
