Acquisition of South Glos. care business
On 16 July 2007, the Group acquired Capable Care Ltd which operates from offices on the outskirts of Bristol. The business is contracted to South Gloucestershire County Council and also has a number of private clients. Capable Care will be re-named South Gloucestershire Careforce.
