Our CSR Objectives
Our Branches
To help at least one hundred vulnerable people each year within the (local) community
To provide this help through activity and ‘hands-on’ effort
To have 50% of staff involved in CSR every year
To encourage and involve others within the community to participate in these projects
As a Group
To provide education and information on issues that affect the communities within which we work
To co-operate with and support third parties (such as charities) who are active in the sectors in which we work
To engage at least 50% of our workforce in CSR (measure is full-time salaried staff) each year
To ensure through our HR team and recruitment policies and procedure that we provide career opportunities and training for local (?) people without prejudice against age, sex, race or religion, while ensuring we meet our cultural and social obligations to our service users
To actively seek ways to make a positive contribution to the environment utilising best practice within branches and by educating staff, specifically:
Recycling
Improving energy efficiency
Reducing emissions
Buying from sustainable sources
