Heather Pearson Nottingham
Heather only began as a carer this year but is already an excellent carer and was niominated by her Branch Manager for the dedication she showed in helping a service user whose mental health she noted was deteriorating. Heather reported her concerns to the Branch but a couple of days later when the SU wasn’t at home, Heather was so concerned that when she finished her shift she went out to try and find her. After driving around the area for some time, Heather found her SU unwell and exhausted. Heather took her home, made her some lunch and then stayed with her until a family member arrived.
