Investing in our workforce
Careforce is unique in the sector in having its own in-house Training Academy which employs a team of regional trainers who support the local branches.
As well as the Training Academy Careforce also has its onw NVQ Centre and Assessors and provides free training up to NVQ 4.
All new care staff are required to undergo Careforce's own induction training , whether or not they have previous care experience
We seek to provide and support our employees with career pathways and to offer training that goes further than basic care standards' requirements. We run a number of courses for carers who work with people with specific needs and we encourage new carers to complete the Careforce Certificate in Care as well as NVQ.
