Flexible Care  - our service users set the pace

Careforce is dedicated to providing domiciliary care (homecare) services which support people who want to keep living in their own homes. In many cases just a little extra help is all that's needed to help someone remain independent.

Our branches operate a flexible hourly-care service and provide daily visits from a minimum of half an hour, up to four or five visits a day, 365 days of the year. If you, or a friend, or family member, need some extra support, we can provide carers for a few hours a week, every day, or several times a day depending on your needs. Carers help with the day-to-day tasks that you may be finding difficult but are all that’s needed for you to stay safe and independent in your own home.

Our carers will undertake personal care such as  help getting up and dressed, shaving, hair washing, bathing and toiletting, and/or light domestic chores, such as preparing meals and drinks, light cleaning, or shopping,

Carers can visit up to five times a day and at specific times. They may come to help you get up and dressed, or in going to bed, to shop and prepare meals, or to ensure medicine is prompted at critical times of the day.

All service users have access to a 24 hour ‘On-Call’ service to request an additional visit, cancel a call, or just to talk over a problem with one of our Care Co-ordinators. We try to be as flexible as possible. If two carers are needed for more intensive care needs we operate double-up teams too.

Contact your local branch for further information or to discuss your care needs.
