Jackie was nominated by one of her service users who wrote praising Jackie for being "caring, honest, helpful, reliable and always cheerful". She describes Jackie as an angel and says she is blessed to have Jackie looking after her.
Carer of the Month January 2008
Josie White, Rotherham.
Josie was nominated because she is a true team player, not just in her own branch but because she is willing to be part of the bigger team when there’ a need – Josie has helped out other branches, including York, Barnsley and Wakefield and recently she spent a weekend working in Kirklees. Josie took on these extra duties on her days off which demonstrates her loyalty and dedication to the job and to the company and her standard of care is exceptional.
Carer of the Month November 2007 , Lloyd Evans, Whitby (Simply Care)
Lloyd was nominated by colleague Emma Rose. Lloyd joined us in Sept 2007 with no previous care experience. He has proved himself to be an excellent carer; we’ve had numerous calls from service users and their families to say how much they appreciate everything he does for them. He cannot drive so walks everywhere but Lloyd is never late for any of his calls, he is cheerful and smart and always willing to go the extra mile.
